Vendor Rules

The New Albany Founders Day event is open to the public from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All setup must be completed by 10:00 AM on the day of the event.

Vendors may setup the Friday prior to the event from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Any vendor arriving after 10:00 AM on the day of the event may be denied entry without refund. No organization or group will be permitted to leave prior to 5:00 PM on the day of the event.

Vendor’s onsite location will not be assigned until the day before the festival and will be communicated on sight, before setup.

All registration fees are non-refundable. The event occurs rain or shine.
